Orders from Switzerland

No German VAT is charged for orders from Switzerland. It is important that "Switzerland" is selected as the country in the delivery address.

Immediately after your order you will receive your invoice without the German VAT. As is well known, additional costs (import sales tax, import duty and administrative costs) are incurred when importing goods into Switzerland. These costs are charged directly by the Swiss state and cannot be offset by us.

Diving cylinders can only be delivered to Switzerland after consultation.

If a German delivery address or to a parcel shop etc. is delivered within Germany, we can also reimburse the VAT afterwards. In this case, the invoice must be stamped by the customs authorities when exporting from the EU and sent to us by scan or post.

For the reimbursement, we will use the same method of payment that was used in the original transaction.
